Who is Dkotic?

Arthur Moore aka Dkotic is known for his incredibly talented skills with music. He was born on December 6, 1997 in West Memphis, Ark. He first started making music at the age of eight(8) years old. He stated that music was always an passion, but never did he think he would be in a amazing situation. He currently work with the Platinum Recording Artist " iHeartMemphis" who also goes by the name "iLoveMemphis". (Creator Of Viral - Song "Hit The Quan".)
